Subscription Refunds
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment if you have not used any premium features.
- Renewals (monthly) are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
- To cancel future renewals, go to Settings → Subscription and cancel before your next renewal date.
Consultation Payments
- Consultation fees paid for confirmed video appointments are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
- If a doctor cancels or does not show up, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
- If you cancel more than 24 hours before a scheduled consultation, you will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
- Blog subscription fees after content has been accessed.
- Doctor registration or renewal fees after approval and profile activation.
- Any fees related to completed and confirmed in-person appointments.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- For Stripe payments, processing time depends on your bank (typically 3–5 business days after approval).

- Email us at info@mlchronix.com with your account email, transaction ID, and reason.
- Or use the Contact page and select "Billing & Refunds" as the subject.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days.
