Terms of Service

By accessing or using MLCarex ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MLCarex. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

MLCarex is a healthcare service booking platform that connects patients with healthcare providers, including: • Hospitals and Clinics • Diagnostic Laboratories • Physiotherapy Centers • Healthcare Professionals Our Platform facilitates appointment booking, service discovery, and healthcare management. We do not provide medical services directly but act as an intermediary platform connecting patients with healthcare providers.

To use certain features of our Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach • Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

As a user of our Platform, you agree to: • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms • Provide accurate and truthful information • Respect the rights of other users and healthcare providers • Not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts • Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation • Not use automated systems to access the Platform without permission • Not impersonate any person or entity • Not transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Healthcare providers using our Platform agree to: • Provide accurate information about their services, qualifications, and availability • Maintain valid licenses and certifications required for their practice • Provide quality healthcare services in accordance with professional standards • Respond promptly to booking requests and patient inquiries • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare privacy regulations • Honor confirmed appointments and provide adequate notice for cancellations • Not engage in any fraudulent or misleading practices

IMPORTANT: MLCarex is a booking platform and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. • The Platform is for informational and booking purposes only • We do not endorse or recommend any specific healthcare provider or treatment • The relationship between patients and healthcare providers is independent of MLCarex • We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of healthcare services • Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice • In case of medical emergencies, contact emergency services immediately • We are not liable for any medical decisions made based on information from our Platform

Payment Terms: • All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors • Prices for services are set by healthcare providers, not MLCarex • We may charge platform fees for certain services, which will be clearly disclosed • Payment is required at the time of booking confirmation • Refund policies are determined by individual healthcare providers • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion • In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed according to the provider's policy • Disputes regarding payments should be directed to the healthcare provider first

You are strictly prohibited from: • Using the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Violating any applicable laws or regulations • Infringing on intellectual property rights • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or providers • Posting false, misleading, or defamatory content • Spamming or sending unsolicited communications • Attempting to reverse engineer or hack the Platform • Using the Platform to compete with or harm our business • Collecting user data without authorization • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to: • Text, graphics, logos, icons, images • Software, code, and technical documentation • Trademarks, service marks, and brand names • Layout, design, and user interface elements are the property of MLCarex or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • MLCarex is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months • We are not responsible for the actions, services, or conduct of healthcare providers • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform • We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MLCarex, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • Your use or misuse of the Platform • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any rights of another party • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations • Content you submit or transmit through the Platform • Your interaction with healthcare providers or other users

We reserve the right to: • Terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause • Remove or refuse to process any content or booking • Take legal action for violations of these Terms You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features. Upon termination: • Your right to use the Platform will immediately cease • We may delete your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements) • Any outstanding obligations will survive termination

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Dispute Resolution Process: • First, contact us directly to resolve any disputes • If unresolved, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of the service provider • You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations • Any legal action must be commenced within one year of the cause of action

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

We reserve the right to: • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time • Change features, functionality, or availability without notice • Update or modify these Terms at any time • Impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Platform We will notify users of material changes to these Terms, but it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: • Natural disasters • War, terrorism, or civil unrest • Government actions or regulations • Internet or telecommunications failures • Pandemics or public health emergencies • Labor strikes or disputes • Other acts of God or force majeure events
